Welcome
Hello and welcome. This site has been created to serve multiple purposes but one larger purpose; to promote the transformation of people like you and me. You may ask, “Why do I need to transform? What does this mean? Is this some New Age mumbo jumbo?” While some might call it New Age it is not. It is Old Age and much of what this site has to offer is based in Psychological practices that have been around for thousands of years. As for Transformation, this means finding and becoming the most authentic YOU possible. In a world filled with so much information, so many distractions, so many messages from so many different sources, we often lose sight and contact with what is at our core. We are so busy “doing” that we forget what it means to simply “be.” To “be” with ourselves, with each other and in this beautiful world. Of course, you face many unique challenges and your path into “being” is different from everyone else’s. So here, a variety of resources have been gathered so that you may utilize them to transform yourself, gain support from me or other people and to speak of something in an environment where someone will listen.
Within these pages you will find some resources that are for students or professionals in psychology and others are more general. I encourage you to participate here, in providing comments upon any postings or submitting postings to me so that others may comment and discuss. If you’re simply stopping by and would like to learn more about me you can go to the About Me page and can even download my CV. You can also email me with comments, suggestions, questions or to simply chat. Regardless of your next step, I wish you love and kindness from others and a deep sense of contentment in yourself and your life. Feel free to come back anytime.
